    Conditional Comments (Smart Triggers)

    The comment box can be configured to stay hidden until a "critical" rating is given.

    We have set a trigger for 1 and 2 stars.

    1. Select 3 - 5 stars – the comment field remains optional or hidden.
    2. Select 1 or 2 stars – the system automatically prompts you for a reason.

    Admin Note: Trigger values (e.g., trigger="1,2") are easily configured in the backend, allowing you to automatically prompt for written feedback only when specific star ratings are selected.

    Comment Management & Transparency

    Display the most recent learner comments directly on your course page.

    • Real-time Updates: As soon as a user submits feedback, it appears here.
    • Moderation: As a teacher/admin, you can moderate these entries. Depending on your permissions, you can edit or delete comments to ensure a professional environment.
    • Visibility Control: You decide if students can see each other's comments or if they remain private for staff only.
